HumiTEC began its innovative journey in 2003 in Birmingham, Alabama where we've become a leader in creating eco-fresh atmospheres, with a special focus on cold storage environments in educational settings. The HumiTEC path is one of constant innovation and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Recognized by school nutrition program leaders and the National Institute of Health, we've carved out a niche in providing eco-fresh solutions to a variety of sectors including schools, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, convenience stores, and florists. Our products and services benefit a wide range of industries. From our initial vision, to conducting more than a thousand service runs each month, our growth story is a testament to our companies dedication to quality and innovation.

Mark joined us full time in 2008 to help expand the company. He brings a wealth of knowledge with his retail management experience and IT Degree. Mark’s focus is on our customers and their experience ensuring that they receive the the best service possible. Mark is also in charge of all of our technology needs, including our website, remote temperature monitoring, and managing our database for our paperless service records.
Mickey founded HumiTEC Corporation in June 2003. His goal was to provide a service to help schools control harmful gases inside food walk-in coolers, freezers, and air conditioners. Mickey has a strong background in Business Administration and Analysis, Process Improvement, and Management Consulting. He holds a Masters Degree and is also a former Commissioned Army Officer and an Aviator.
Jennifer has over 13 years in records keeping and customer management. While her background is in the medical field, her responsibilities and experience there has shown to be a huge benefit to HumiTEC. She currently helps with accounts receivable and accounts payable. Her focus is on keeping HumiTEC profitable while maintaining compliance with regulations.
