Limitation of liability

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Alabama, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This provision governs use of this website only; it does not modify any dispute resolution, governing law or venue term in a Franchise Disclosure Document or Franchise Agreement, and it does not limit any right or remedy that applicable state franchise law makes unwaivable.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply to use of the site after they are posted, so please review this page periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
